1. How long it takes to receive my order?
- Order Processing: The time it takes for us to prepare your items before shipping. This typically takes 3 to 5 days; however, it may take longer time for items that’s pre-sale or temporary out of stock..
- Delivery time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Please check details below.
Notice: Please Keep in mind that the above suggested shipping time is not deadline. Uncontrollable factors such as mailing volumes, holidays and weather determine whether deliveries can be made early or on time. Please wait 5-10 days more after the estimated time of arrival.
All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through “My Orders” section in your account or check your shipment notification email.
Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.
Do I need to register before placing an order?
You don’t have to register before placing an order.
To Make an Order:
You only need to add products to shop cart, then choose payment method:
A.You can pay the order directly by Credit Card without registering
B.Click button “view” cart, then “Proceed to Pay” to login and finish the payment
Can I modify or cancel my order?
A. HOW TO CANCEL ORDER BEFORE PAYMENT?
We will process order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customer can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later. After that customer need to submit a new order, as price of promotion items will may change. Check Out, then “Proceed to Pay” to login and finish the payment.

B. CAN I WITHDRAW AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
* Cancel paid order within 24 hours:
Customer can cancel the order in user account directly or email us to cancel it. We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
* Cancel paid order after 24 hours:
Please contact us directly. If order is not shipped, we offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped.(The cancellation fee do not including the shipping fee.)
C. IF I PLACE REPEAT ORDER, CAN I CANCEL ONE?
Please Email our customer service team, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.
D. CHANGE ITEM AFTER PAYMENT
Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.
E. CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT
Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable modify it anymore.
What is processing time?
After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 2-3 days; if you purchase any pre-sale item, it takes 3-7 days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-7 days to process.
Why split an order into several orders?
Here are some reasons :
- The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.
- Goods from different suppliers and are at different warehouses or even in different cities.
- Some products in the order are backordered
- Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality checking, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking.
- Some items are out of stock temporarily.
